Tidbits / Requirements

Please do your best to leave a clutter free home free of toys, valuables, etc. If there are toys or belongings laying about I will be moving them to clean underneath. If you have something specific you would appreciate me not moving or touching please put it somewhere I won't be cleaning. I will put all belongings back where I found them. If there are toys on the floor I will put them all in a pile or if there is a "toy basket" I will put them in there. Please understand I will do my best to put belongings in the "right" spot but I don't live in your home. I'm just guessing on where things go.
During our agreed appointment time please be out of your home to ensure I can clean your home efficiently and without distraction. If for any reason someone needs to be home text me ahead of time and let me know.
If a family member or resident is sick or unwell please reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Being located in SD we all know the weather can be very unpredictable. If for any reason I am unable to make it to our appointment due to weather there will be no fee charged to you. I will call or text to let you know and I will reschedule you at the nearest time available. If school is canceled because of weather please call and let me know for I won't clean if school is canceled. (No canceling fee). Please understand that my safety is more important then risking an accident. I live 30 miles from the nearest town on gravel roads.
If you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment there will be no fee. If you cancel within the 24 hour mark there will be a $50 cancelation fee.
I will not be climbing any higher then a two step stool due to insurance policies. Anything higher then a two step stool will be untouched. If I can reach ceiling fans with a dust wand I will clean them, otherwise I won't. I will not be cleaning outside of the windows either due to insurance policies. Anything higher then a two step stool is a no-no.
If you have specific allergies to cleaning supplies please let me know ahead of time. If you do have allergens to specific cleaning supplies you will be required to supply your own cleaning supplies.
I will under no circumstances be using bleach. I do not use bleach nor will I start using bleach.
We will not handle hazardous waste or chemicals due to not being insured for that.
I will not clean unfinished basements. I have one and I could spend days cleaning it and still not be satisfied. I won't waste your time or money trying to clean yours.
Payment methods are cash or checks. Card payments are unavailable as of right now. Pricing are based off of square footage we clean, as well as the level of dirt/scrubbing needed. Pricing also starts at different rates between each of our cleaning options.
